- Hot or cold rooms. Often a duct issue, not the AC itself.
- Dust everywhere. Leaky returns can pull air from attics and crawlspaces.
- Higher utility bills. Air that escapes through leaky ducts is energy you paid for and didn't get to use.
- Damaged or kinked duct runs. These can choke airflow to whole sections of a home.
- Adding a new room or addition. New space needs to be tied into the system properly.

Why it matters
You can install a great AC system and still have a home that runs constantly without ever feeling right — if the ductwork is undersized, leaky, or unbalanced. Ductwork is the lungs of the system. We treat it with the same care as the equipment.
